How do I get out of my sedentary lifestyle?

I live a sedentary lifestyle, and not much exercise. I feel most of the day and do not walk much. I try to eat healthy by eating oatmeal every morning and sandwiches for lunch, but at dinner I'm not as healthy. Is there any way you can start working and start an Active Lifestyle? How I can make healthier choices?

How can I help my husband to get healthy and lose weight?

I am worried about the health of my husband. His father has diabetes and heart problems, his sister is the highest risk of heart disease and obesity is in his family. My husband is too heavy and that makes him depressed, but he does not talk about it. It makes me cry as I write this because I can not imagine life with him. He just got a new job where he sits at a desk all day I used to walk all day. Never been a very active person never did sports. How can I convince aa remain active and fun.
