What is the best way I can share my internet connection with my friend that lives 400ft. behind me.?

A friend of mine just bought a house about 400ft. behind mine and I want to share my internet connection with him. I have wireless “N” but the signal isnt strong enough to reach. He will only be using a stationary desktop computer. There is a clear line of sight between the back of my house and the back of his house. I posted a link below of a outdoor network bridge i found online, but cannot find any reviews. Can someone tell me if this would be a good way to go or is there a better solution?
